Leaving a Legacy Gift to the YRCAA
If you wish to remember the YRCAA in your will with a legacy gift, please advise your estate planning lawyer of our legal name and the following contact information, which should be included in the will or in a codicil to the will:

Please note that -- practically speaking – the YRCAA is only capable of accepting gifts of cash, publicly traded securities or other assets with an easily determinable fair market value. As a small, volunteer run 501c3 we don’t have the resources to determine the appropriate value of, sell or liquidate any other kind of asset (e.g. works of art, real estate, coin collections, etc.). In the unusual case of a gift of sufficient size a professional valuation of such an asset could be made, but it would be best if the proposed gift were to be discussed with the YRCAA before making such a bequest.
